Every now and again I will come across a travel video that takes my breath away…recently a few have captured my attention. Turn your speakers on, sit back and let them take you away…
My all time favorite video is this one of Paris from above by Yann Arthus-Bertrand. Recently I discovered his video of Lake Como from above…to say it is swoon-worthy is an understatement…
This time lapse video called “Adrift” by Simon Christen is a love letter to the fog of the San Francisco Bay Area…
In researching a trip for clients to the Douro Valley in Portugal, I found this beautiful helicopter tour of the area…isn’t it stunning?
And finally, for anyone who loves Roma, this video will really make you miss it…
How did you enjoy your virtual vacation??

What a fun post! Lake Como looks amazing and I guess it doesn’t hurt that George Clooney owns a house there! I am also dying to go back to Rome. I wish I could make my husband understand what an amazing place it is…I should show him the video! Enjoy your week!

Oh, how I loved that video of Rome!! Brings back such great memories of our trip there. My nephew is there doing a “Shakespeare in Italy” class, he’s 17 and it’s his first trip abroad. He is grinning ear to ear in all the photos!!!
This time next year, I hope to be reviewing my photos of Amalfi!

It is fabulous and you will love it. We were just there in July. This film captures the magic of it beautifully!

I have to figure out how to put that Lake Como video on a repeating loop on my tv. That would be much more relaxing background tv noise than what I usually have on!
