It’s a good thing I work in the travel business, since I find my mind wandering to Italy quite often during my typical work day! Italy is, of course, one of the top tourist destinations in the world and it seems a high percentage of my clients are planning (or have recently planned) trips to Italy. Oh I love ROME! The wandering streets, the Vatican, the history of every single step, and of course the food! I can never get enough of the pasta and the tartuffo.

Did you say spaghetti carbonara? One of my faves!!! I have a great recipe if you want it, that we got from a real "Italian mama" when we were in Florence:) Love Italy and everything about, the video makes me soooo wish I was there now. The music put a little Italian pep in my step!
