I am putting the finishing touches on the plans for our trip to Asia next month…In Hong Kong, we are staying at the Ritz Carlton – the highest hotel in the world! The hotel is on the 102-118th floor of the International Commerce Center, the tallest building in the city.
Talk about views!
Would you stay in a hotel room this high in the sky? I would be lying if I said it doesn’t make me a bit nervous. I promise to report back on how I managed along with photos of my own after our trip.

Ha! Well you know my feelings on this one….as we have discussed it, I can only admire the view through the beautiful pictures, I only stay up to about the 6th occasionally the 8th floor since I only do stairs but the view is quite heavenly I have to admit…wow!!! Such an exciting trip Sandy.

Wow! Looks amazing, Sandy. I have a phobia of heights and as I get older have started having panic attacks. So some anti-anxiety medication might have to be packed in my suitcase if we stayed here 🙂 The views look spectacular, though. I'm sure your trip will be amazing. Can't wait to travel vicariously!! XO

We'd be a bit scared of the heights and would hope our room wasn't on the top floor but you can't beat the views! Please take pictures of your view when you're there.

So exciting! The photographs are beyond this world! However, I will rely on you for a full report because I could never stay that high! Besides not enjoying heights, dear husband worked once upon a time in the World Trade Center -was there for the first bombing, and fortunately was on Madison Avenue on 9/11, but it made my unease with heights grow to something nearing phobia!

Sandy,
I traveled to Asia and Hong Kong as a young woman for my career and loved it. Loved it so much, I almost lived there. It is an amazing city. I think I would of course love to stay here next time I go!
What a view!
