Hi everyone! I guest posted yesterday for the lovely, Rosemary, on her blog NYC, Style and a Little Cannoli on some unique and tasty tours that you can take in New York City. Wander on over to Rosemary’s blog and check it out!!
Tonight is the night I have been waiting for – I am finally taking my cooking class at La Scuola di Eataly. We will be making Spring risotto. Doesn’t that sound delicious? Even better, one of my new blogging buddies will be joining me for the class and I can’t wait to meet her in person! I promise to share all the details with you ASAP.
It is difficult to believe, but tomorrow, we are off to pick up our youngest son after his first year in college. I started this blog as a way to keep myself busy to ward off “empty nest” syndrome – little did I know how much I would grow from the blogging experience and how quickly time would fly when I have been keeping busy “wandering” the world!!

You will have to tell us how your class was! And I hope everything fits into your car…I seem to remember that I also had more "stuff" at the end of the year causing great stress for my poor mom as she tried to get it all in her car;)

I wouldn't call it unusual, but a unique tour in NYC is PhotoTrek Tours. Trip Advisor lists PhotoTrek Tours in their Category of unique tours. This tour provides a private 2 or 3 hour Walking / Photo Tour of NYC with a licensed NYC tour guide who is also a professional photographer. The website for PhotoTrek Tours is http://www.phototrektours.com
