Happy Friday!! What are you all up to for the weekend? We have family arriving tomorrow for a couple of days so I am hoping the nice weather sticks around through the weekend. As it is still technically summer for another ten days, I intend to squeeze every bit of sunshine out of each of those days!

In defense of looking nice for your flight…the hat may no longer be necessary but I think it is just simple respect to the crew and your fellow travelers to dress well for your travels. Your thoughts??

Have you heard of Trover yet?? I still need to explore it more, but it appears to be a “Pinterest” type app for sharing travel photos…could become a new addiction for me!

The trip to Italy looks soo good, right up my alley!! We also mnight be seeing it tonight otherwise sometime over the weekend. I am so happy to finally be seeing a handful of quality movies coming out…AT LONG LAST!

Hi Sandy… The Hector movie looks great! While I'm writing this, GMA is debating whether you should get dressed up for travel. I always try to look nice but feel comfortabe when I travel. It brings me back to the days when my parents traveled and always looked their best. Looking forward to seeing you in Oct. Have a great weekend.

As for travel wear – I always make sure I am both comfortable and stylish.

We're relishing the last few weekend ahead as regatta season will start up at the end of the month and then we'll be on the road until November! Hope this beautiful Indian Summer weather holds… Have a great one, Sandy!

We have been watching The Trip to Italy and they certainly visit the most amazing places. We have been making a note of the ones which are new to us. I'm intrigued about Trover and must find out more. Thanks for mentioning it.
