Are you a Mad Men fan? We love it around here. On this season’s first episode, Don and Meghan were in Hawaii at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, also known as “The Pink Palace”, drinking umbrella drinks. My parents stayed there back in the 60’s and and always raved about it. When I was in Hawaii on my honeymoon, my husband and I had drinks in the legendary Mai Tai Bar right on Waikiki beach…If you are ever in Honolulu, it’s a must do!

Ha! Fun. I love me some Mad Men. Don is really pissing me off lately though.
The video is quite amusing! I'm always amazed at the things people think to do. And, of course, now I'm dreaming of an umbrella drink in Hawaii!

It has caused quite a sensation from the clothing styles (my son adopted this look for his prom and might I say looked might savvy)..I don't watch it but then again I really dont' watch anything on a regular basis but it sure has lots of people talking! I do love the fashion and I have stayed at "The Pink Palace" and its an iconic part of Oahu!
Ok, what does this say about me…I have had most of those cocktails.
