It is hard to believe that it has been
almost a year since we were in Japan! We missed the peak of the Fall
colors by a few weeks (it usually is in mid-November there). To read more about our visit to Kyoto last year, go here.

Japan has to be one of the most colorful places on earth; I was in Kyoto 38 years ago, and I was blow away by the cherry blossoms that rained pink on me….WOW, but I've never been there in the fall. SPECTACULAR!

Wow, what the stunning colors. If I ever travel to Kyoto, I'm not sure anymore, would I pick spring or autumn. Both seasons in Kyoto look out of this world.

WOW! These photos are fabulous! I have managed to see some fabulous colors myself this year while traveling from Wisconsin. I love Fall and all the beauty is brings before the long white winters.

I went to Kyoto last month, April 2016. I fell in love with this city. My original purpose of the visit was to appreciate the beauty of the cherry blossoms. I managed to be there in the peak of the bloom. Later I found that the match is so awesome there. I also read that the fall colors in Kyoto is spectacular. I should make time to visit once. I do love fall colors. Thanks for sharing.
